Living Roots Family Farm, Kitsegucla Loop: Haskap berries delivered fresh in season and available frozen year round.

Heather Meadows Honey, Telkwa: raw creamed honey from hives located on the slopes above Telkwa.

We have a carefully curated selection of personal care items, topical therapeutics, and essential oils; if you do not see a preferred brand listed, please contact us as we may have it on hand or be able to order it for you.

We have an wonderful selection of brands in stock; if you do not see a preferred brand listed, please contact us as we may already stock it or be able to order it for you.

We have an extensive variety of baking ingredients, including flours from Almond to Teff, xanthan & guar gums, egg replacer, sugar substitutes like monkfruit sugar and erythritol, and many more specialty items. You will be hard pressed to find a better selection of spices in the North.

Bulk

We have a good variety of foods, cleaning products, and personal care items in stock. Customers are encouraged to bring their own containers to refill and jars are available by deposit. Safety protocols are in place for our dispensary and a hand washing sink is available for use before refilling your containers. We also grind peanut butter biweekly and customers can drop off their jars. Staff are on hand to help with detergents & personal care refills.
